Did you know that about 65% of the people looking for homes will not qualify for reasonable  financing through banks? Many banks will ask for hefty down payments, your first born and then charge you high interest rates.

We have many homes available for rent-to-own in the Tampa bay Area. And we are adding more to our inventory every few weeks. These are not run down homes in seedy parts of town. Most of the homes are in tip top condition in very desirable neighborhoods with good schools.

We have a very different criteria. If you have a reasonable sized down payment (typically 10%-20%) and a steady source of income, we can usually qualify you within a couple of weeks, if not sooner. Best of all, with your lease purchase program, you can build your credit and usually qualify for a bank loan within 1 to 2 years.
