Experienced Acquisitionist

The ideal candidate must have prior success selling in the home or in a face to face sales environment. You must have the ability to create trust and comfort by utilizing your listening skills.

You are expected to ask the right questions and expected to close in one call because that is what is necessary to succeed. You must have exceptional closing skills and be adept at handling objections.

You must be a highly motivated achiever, with a passionate desire to earn more than your current income.

Experience real estate sales is required. You must have the desire and commitment, and be both accountable and trainable with a tremendous desire to earn over $90k. You must have a prior income of at least $60k in a variable comp plan.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attend pre-set appointments with interested homeowners
• Set your own appointments with provided warm leads
• Negotiate offers to purchase real estate
• Overcome objections and close deals
• Complete advance research on properties and be knowledgeable about property valuations
• Must have a clean car
• Must have a clean drivers license

Qualifications and Skills:

• Real Estate License is NOT required (we are not a traditional real-estate company)
• Prior 1 to 3 years real estate sales experience, face to face and over phone
• Must love sales and making phone calls
• Must work well under pressure with a strong desire to grow
• Must be self-motivated, accountable and driven to succeed

• Commissions/Bonuses $40,000 – $90,000 Annually
